Is the waiting time at Heartlands Hospital long?

Yes the waiting times are long and it is difficult to sit for such a long time. I was treated very professionally and the staff were cheerful in what I would describe as difficult circumstances. Staff that I observed were pleasant and courteous to patients who were waiting.
