How to get covertous Shen’s Act 1 dialogue?

You won’t be able to get Covertous Shen’s act 1 dialogue the first time through the game since you don’t rescue him until act 2. I suggest simply being diligent with NPC interaction throughout your first playthrough, then going back and using quest select along with the guide to get the dialogue you missed.
