How long does it take to tour the USS Arizona Memorial?

Uniformed military visitors will be required to have Class “B” dress or better to board the shuttle to the USS Arizona. You are not permitted to wear battle dress uniforms on the USS Arizona. You are also free to dress as a civilian on your Pearl Harbor visit.
Can you go to Pearl Harbor without tickets?
